CORSETS
We will ship to most international locations. We cannot be held responsible for customs fees or re-routing fees imposed by foreign countries. If you are not familiar with the regulations of your customs fees or other fees please check with your customs officials prior to placing your order. WC is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit.
WC ships through UPS within the US and Canada or USPS for International delivery. International Flat Rate shipping of $42.50 is based upon package size, if your international order exceeds this size you will be notified promptly. WC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, please be sure all your mailing information is correct upon placing your order.
Corsets typically take 6-8 weeks minimum for completion and are shipped to you directly at that time. If you are interested in a rush order you may add the option at the bottom of the list on the Custom Order Page.
*Because Waisted Couture corsets are made to order there is no cancellation allowance. Please be sure you are ordering what you want with correct specifications, once your order is placed the amount of the order is due before construction begins.
RETURN POLICY
No refunds on custom, made to measure or one of a kind items. Please make sure you love it before you order it. We will exchange any clothing items that are faulty. Upon receiving your corset please examine it and [contact us] immediately if it is damaged in any way, it may be returned for exchange or for store credit to be determined by Waisted Couture. Returned items must be unworn in brand-new condition, consider wearing a corset liner or t-shirt when trying on your corset to avoid marking. All returns must be pre-authorized and returned within 14 days of original receipt at buyers expense. We reserve the right to refuse refunds/exchanges if we feel the product has been tampered with, we cannot be held responsible for how individuals treat their garments.
SHOES
Shoes are shipped separately via UPS Ground within the US only, they ship directly from the distributor in California and take 2-3 business days to process before shipping. Be sure to provide a physical address as UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. Please allow 7-10 business days for your shoes to arrive. Occasionally a shoe is on backorder, if the shoe you've ordered is more than 30 days back ordered you will be eligible for an exchange or cancellation, otherwise you will be notified of the back order and your shoe will be delivered within the allowed time. Questions regarding shoe availability are always welcome and will be answered promptly if you would like to check the status of a shoe before placing your order.
RETURN POLICY
Shoes must be returned within 1 month of the invoice date, no returned merchandise will be accepted after. Shoes must be in the original packaging. Returns will NOT be accepted if the returned merchandise is not in its original packaging, or if the packaging bears any marks. Merchandise must be clean, unused, and in salable condition. Waisted Couture reserves the right to refuse returns due to claims relative to merchandise's sizing, fitting, color, or dimensions, and has the final say in this regard.
